Information we collect

When you use the SwaadBhoomi website or mobile app, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, saved location, order items, payment status, coupon/referral usage and customer-support messages.

How we use information

We use this information to create and manage orders, prepare KOT/bills, send order updates, support delivery tracking, handle payments, improve the menu experience, prevent fraud and maintain restaurant records.

Location and rider tracking

Location permission is used only when you choose your delivery location or when a rider shares live delivery progress for an assigned order. You can deny or turn off location permission from your device settings.

Payments

Online payments are processed by the configured payment provider. SwaadBhoomi stores payment reference, order number and payment status, but does not store full card, UPI PIN or banking password details.

Account, logout and delete account

You can sign out from My account. You can also request account deletion from inside the app or website. Deleting the account removes saved profile details and delivery addresses and unlinks the account from previous orders while preserving minimum order totals and bill records required for restaurant operations.
